In my free time, I try to gym consistently. I think the gym is a space where I can just empty my mind and just focus on the weight/exercise at that moment. It kind of centres me. I do try to find gym programmes online. I also track all my workouts in google sheets.
The compilation of all the programmes I have tried and the source of where I got it can be found in the template below. Do note that each programme is separated by the yellow labelled row. So each programme is between the yellow lines. I hope this can be useful in your gym journey, whether you are starting or just looking to do something different in the gym.
