• Managed the end-to-end stainless steel countertop vertical, overseeing client enquiries, showroom consultations, fabrication, installation, and post-sales support. Supervised a 3-person fabrication team and maintained full accountability from client onboarding to payment collection.
• Implemented a live visual timetable system that automatically updates from Google Drive to a large display. Integrated AutoCAD-generated project visuals to enhance clarity for non-English-speaking workers, improving workflow transparency and on-time completion.
• Developed a project booking and workload-balancing system that analyzed past error patterns to cap simultaneous projects, reducing fabrication errors and ensuring consistent quality.
• Built an internal project management tool that enabled Baremetalco and partner company Make Yield to coordinate shared manpower resources, align priorities, and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Created a QR-code-based Work Hours tracking system to record process times for each project, providing insights into manpower utilization, productivity, and costing.
